    Privacy policy

Effective July 10, 2026. This page explains the data practices for the Public Prompts website and AI-tool submission service.

    Information we collect

We receive information you provide when you create an account, submit a tool, upload listing assets, or contact us. This can include your email address, tool details, website URL, and images. We also receive basic technical and usage data when you visit the site.

    How we use information

We use this information to operate the directory, authenticate accounts, review and publish submissions, prevent duplicate or abusive listings, improve the site, and communicate about a submission when needed.

    Service providers

We use service providers for authentication, data storage, analytics, and payments. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Public Prompts. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

    Retention and choices

We keep information for as long as it is needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.

    Policy changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date below shows when this version took effect. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
