Terms of service
Effective July 10, 2026. These terms govern use of Public Prompts and its paid AI-tool submission workflow.
Using the directory
Public Prompts provides editorial information and links to third-party products. Listings are informational, may change, and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. Check the provider’s official website before making a purchase or relying on a product claim.
Submitting a tool
You must provide accurate information and have the right to submit the text, logos, screenshots, and links you provide. We may edit, reject, merge, remove, or decline to publish a submission to maintain directory quality and prevent duplication or abuse.
Listing fees
A USD 19.99 listing fee plus applicable tax is required before editorial review and is processed by Paddle. Approved submissions are published; rejected submissions receive a full refund to the original payment method. Payment does not guarantee placement, traffic, ranking, a positive opinion, or an endorsement. Paddle or the buyer's bank may require additional processing time for refunds.
Third-party services
Tools and external websites linked from the directory are operated by third parties. Public Prompts is not responsible for their availability, security, content, pricing, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, upload malicious files, impersonate another person or company, submit unlawful content, scrape the site in a way that harms availability, or bypass access and security controls.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. The effective date below identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by law.
