AI ReFounder

AI ReFounder is a voice agent for ecommerce businesses that answers customer calls and helps shoppers with product questions, sizing, compatibility, shipping information and standard sales queries. It can use a connected product catalog to respond with store-specific information and guide callers through finding items and completing an order on the merchant’s website. Businesses can install it through the Shopify App Store or add a JavaScript embed for another cart. A separate app route supports a website widget, a dedicated phone number or both; catalog connections vary by platform. The setup includes creating an agent, connecting product information, choosing a phone route and testing calls. Call recordings, transcripts and analytics are available in the dashboard. The agent can transfer a caller who requests a person during business hours, and can escalate certain needs such as insurance verification. The service uses pay-as-you-go minute pricing, with free minutes for an initial trial. AI ReFounder is intended for ecommerce merchants who want phone coverage outside staffed hours or during busy periods, while keeping order placement and sensitive payment details in the store’s own process.
