AnnuCal

Visual year planner that shows the full year at once, helping people organize projects, events, holidays, and long-term plans.
What it does
AnnuCal is a time-first year planner designed to make long-range planning easier to see. Instead of focusing only on individual dates, it presents the entire year in a visual workspace where users can spot phases, overlaps, gaps, and capacity. Three views support different planning styles: Linear View displays a continuous timeline for long projects and seasonal phases, Vertical View offers a familiar month-by-month layout, and Weekend View emphasizes weekly rhythm and weekends. Plans can be created by clicking a day or dragging across a longer period, then adding titles, descriptions, colors, or calendar assignments. Users can choose adaptive event sizing for flexible layouts or fixed sizing when many plans overlap. AnnuCal supports separate scenarios, calendar tabs, read-only sharing, public and school holidays, PDF export, and mobile access through a browser. Ready-made templates cover vacation and time off, family planning, and rental availability. The tool is useful for personal planning, families, agencies, project managers, and anyone who currently relies on spreadsheets to structure a year.
