AuraWatcher

AuraWatcher reads the public comment sections of TikTok accounts, including profiles a team does not own. A one-off screening accepts a public username, analyzes up to 30 posts with up to 500 comments per post, and returns a written summary of what the audience likes, rejects, and repeatedly requests. Results can be exported as a PDF report. For ongoing monitoring, AuraWatcher establishes a normal activity level for each profile and looks for meaningful changes rather than treating every negative comment as an alert. Comments are scored and grouped into risk types such as complaints, harassment, allegations, boycott calls, and threats. The system also separates fresh reactions from renewed activity on older posts, which helps teams distinguish a new response from a resurfaced conversation. Alerts can arrive through email, browser push, or Telegram, with severity thresholds configured per account. AuraWatcher is designed for brand, growth, social, and agency teams. Agencies can place multiple public profiles in one dashboard, retain scan history, tune sensitivity separately for each client, and create client-facing reports. The service requires no TikTok password or account permission because it reads publicly visible comments.
