Cadenio runs recurring processes, one-off tasks, and projects with assigned owners, escalating deadlines, approval gates, and audit trails.
What it does
Cadenio is a process-execution hub for operations and compliance teams that need work to be repeatable and provable. Its core object is a Flow: a reusable blueprint for a recurring process such as onboarding, a close, an audit, or a renewal. Teams configure tasks, fields, ownership, deadlines, dependencies, recurrence, and approval gates once, then launch governed runs as work comes due.
The Runs view acts as an operations control tower, showing live executions, overdue work, owners, and due dates. A personal Inbox gathers assigned tasks, approvals, notifications, and mentions into a prioritized queue. Smart Logic can show or hide tasks or branch a run based on submitted answers, reducing the need to maintain separate process variants. Cadenio also covers one-off tasks and finite initiatives through Kanban-style Projects; project cards can include checklists, approvals, audit records, and attached Flows.
The platform is aimed at teams moving operational work out of spreadsheets and needing evidence of what happened, when, and who approved it. Templates cover operations, compliance, customer success, engineering, HR, and finance scenarios. Business plans add SLA tracking and escalation, webhooks, conditional approval or assignment rules, and a scoped REST API, while exportable CSV or PDF records support compliance reviews.
