Candidate Falcon

Candidate Falcon is a preparation platform for job candidates facing game-based assessments and recorded video interviews. Its HireVue game practice covers 11 game types through timed simulations, score tracking and strategy guidance. For one-way interviews, users can record timed answers and review transcripts, scores, strengths, areas to improve and content-focused AI feedback. Preparation can be tailored to an employer and role: the interview question library organizes prompts by company, seniority and role area. The platform lists video interview preparation for HireVue, Spark Hire, Talview and VidCruiter. Candidates can choose a focused plan for HireVue games, preparation for one video platform, access to all four video platforms, or a broader plan combining assessment and interview practice. The pricing page notes that some additional game-based platform coverage is forthcoming. This tool is intended for applicants who want to rehearse assessment formats and structure their interview responses before an employer’s hiring process. Company question pools are preparation prompts; the product states they are not leaked questions or a promise about what an employer will ask. Paid plans are offered monthly, with longer billing options also available.
