CloseDraft

CloseDraft combines a client tracker with AI-assisted email writing and follow-up automation for freelancers. Its dashboard brings client projects, payment amounts, conversations, statuses, deadlines, and last-contact details together, helping you spot stale contacts or upcoming payment reminders. The email assistant drafts personalized follow-ups, payment reminders, and outreach in selectable tones, with subject line options. You can save templates and reuse them with client-specific personalization. On the Pro plan, Gmail integration can send automated sequences and detect replies, stopping follow-ups when a client responds. AutoDraft supports single or bulk campaigns, while Discord or Telegram alerts can notify you about sent emails, inactive clients, and payment deadlines. Other tools include a Chrome extension for drafting replies inside Gmail, a one-click PDF invoice generator, a client activity timeline, and CSV import and export. CloseDraft is aimed at freelancers who manage client relationships through email and want a clearer way to remember next steps, keep communication moving, and track work history. The free plan supports up to 10 clients and 15 AI emails each month.
