Cognlay

Cognlay is a governed AI SDR platform for outbound teams that want follow-up decisions to respond to actual lead behavior. The workflow starts with a target market and lead list. Cognlay can source and enrich leads, or accept CSV imports and saved lead tables. After the team approves the initial motion, the system watches opens, replies, silence, timing, and objections to decide whether the next touch should be rewritten, paused, routed, or stopped. Each message passes through review-oriented controls before sending. Cognlay provides adaptive email generation, reply-intent detection, sender-health monitoring, SMTP or IMAP mailbox connections, pre-send quality checks, suppression logic, and routing for human review. Pro and Scale workflows add reply assistance, calendar-booking paths, sequence insights, and the ability to apply recommended fixes. The product’s privacy-first positioning also includes legitimate-interest checks and data minimization considerations for teams operating under GDPR-related requirements. Cognlay is intended for sales and growth teams that measure outbound by qualified meetings and reply quality rather than send volume alone. It is especially suited to teams that want automation around repetitive SDR work while retaining visibility into drafts, lead state, sender pressure, and high-risk decisions. The platform offers a free plan before paid capacity for larger lead and email volumes.
