Devi

Devi is an AI-assisted social listening and outreach tool for finding potential customers in online communities. Add keywords related to your product, brand, or market, and Devi monitors posts, comments, mentions, and selected groups across Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Nextdoor, YouTube, WhatsApp, Bluesky, Threads, Telegram, Quora, websites, and news sources. It can identify buying intent, complaints, requests for information, promotional content, and spam, then surface relevant opportunities in a dashboard. The workflow is designed to move from detection to response. Alerts can be scheduled every two hours, daily, or weekly; outreach statistics show leads reached and saved posts; and the built-in AI writer can draft comments, direct messages, product descriptions, and ads. One-click ChatGPT drafts can be customized with business details and prompts, with support for multiple languages. Devi also provides an AI content manager that creates visual news content with a logo and schedules posts to supported social profiles. Teams can use the tool to monitor public or private Facebook groups they belong to, track decision-maker activity on LinkedIn, and follow influencers or keyword threads on X. Webhooks can send lead notifications, while the browser-extension workflow keeps processed social data in the user’s browser. Devi is intended for solopreneurs, sales teams, marketers, agencies, and businesses using organic social outreach.
