Grow or Die

Grow or Die brings website activity, customer payments, and AI model usage into one view for AI app and paid SaaS founders. Connect a website and payment provider, then use its server SDK to report model usage alongside the product activity you choose to track. The service applies versioned server-side prices to reported usage, so teams can compare observed revenue with priced AI costs across a selected period. The analytics can break costs down by model, feature, account, or user when the relevant identifiers are supplied. Unlinked usage remains visible as unallocated rather than being assigned by guesswork. Unknown models, missing usage, or unsupported pricing categories stay unpriced; the service also surfaces gaps when SDK cost totals differ from provider bills. Visitor and acquisition data provide context for the revenue and cost figures, while customer-level profit requires a trustworthy account link across payment and usage records. This makes the product useful for teams investigating which customers, features, or models are driving spend and whether observed revenue covers attributable AI costs. It focuses on AI unit economics and visibility into website traffic, payments, and model usage; other business expenses are outside the stated profit calculation.
