What it does
HiAPI gives developers one API surface for calling a curated set of image, video, music, and audio generation models. Instead of building a separate integration for each provider, a request uses the shared task lifecycle: submit a model and its inputs to the task endpoint, receive a task ID, poll for status or provide a callback URL, then retrieve the generated result. Persistent storage can return durable artifact links, reducing the need to build and maintain a separate storage path.
The platform supports workflows including text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video, with model-specific parameters validated within a common request shape. The model marketplace lists providers and capabilities, exposes starting usage prices, and lets users test models in an online Playground with copyable code. Available examples include GPT Image 2, Nano Banana, FLUX, Seedance, Wan, HappyHorse, Kling, and music models.
HiAPI can be integrated directly through its API, or connected to AI agents through Agent Skills, a hosted Remote MCP server, and llms.txt guidance. It also provides availability-oriented routing, idempotency support, task tracking, callbacks, persistent outputs, free trial credits, and production support. The product is intended for developers, AI agents, creative-automation systems, and applications that generate media at scale.
