MentionBird

MentionBird helps SaaS marketing teams understand whether AI platforms mention their brand when buyers research products. It tracks prompts across supported services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, recording the answers, brand positions and cited sources. Teams can see which competitors appear, which prompts they miss and what pages or publishers shape a recommendation. The workflow starts by adding a brand and selecting prompts to track. MentionBird can suggest buyer questions across stages such as problem research, category shortlisting, fit evaluation, alternatives and product comparisons. It scores prompts for estimated volume and difficulty, and can track prompts by country. Daily monitoring shows how answers and citations change over time. For prompts where a brand is absent, the platform maps cited sources and identifies gaps, then ranks suggested actions by effort and impact. Recommendations can include relevant roundups, review sites or use-case pages. Its agent credits cover ranking advice and summaries of cited YouTube videos. The product is aimed at SaaS teams that want to monitor AI search visibility and prioritize work to improve how their brand appears in AI-generated answers.
