Add an item from a meeting, Slack message, email, transcript, or quick note, then connect it to the milestone it affects. Each item has an owner and status, while the impact graph shows upstream causes, downstream consequences, and projected schedule effects. The workflow preserves context at the moment it appears. The Slack app sends delivery-critical messages into the timeline, and Causr AI can extract risks, blockers, and decisions from meeting notes or transcripts. Project managers can review an attention inbox for overdue or escalating items, capture decisions with their context and outcomes, and follow the history of changes in a searchable chronological view. Causr also includes stakeholder mapping based on influence and involvement. Stakeholders can be linked to milestones, risks, blockers, and decisions, with communication preferences and automated nudges for decisions that are holding work up.
