ClickTerm

ClickTerm helps product and engineering teams present legal agreements inside web and mobile apps and keep a record of each user’s decision. Teams create a reusable agreement template, add placeholders for signer details, publish a version, and display it as a modal or inline acceptance flow. After a user accepts or declines, the application can send the result to a backend, where ClickTerm’s API verifies the signature and provides access to the event record and certificate. The searchable audit trail records details such as the user, agreement version, action, and time; the feature descriptions also list technical metadata. Teams can manage updated terms through versioning and reacceptance flows. Additional capabilities include templates in 21 languages, custom placeholders, role-based team access, and bundled agreement flows on the Premium plan. SDKs are listed for web, Android, iOS, and React Native, with a command-line option and REST API for integration work. ClickTerm can suit teams that need consent capture during registration, onboarding, or policy updates and want records available for audits. The free tier includes core clickwrap features up to a monthly event limit, while paid usage is billed by event volume.
