Privacy Requests

Privacy Requests gives teams one workspace for handling data subject access requests and related privacy inquiries. Each request can arrive through a hosted portal, become a case with an owner and due date, and move through identity review, evidence gathering, response preparation, approval, and secure delivery. Teams can assign follow-up tasks, use priority queues and saved views, and keep notes, files, and decisions with the case. Before sharing sensitive material, staff review identity and scope, coordinate with the people responsible for relevant systems, and prepare the response. Reviewers can check the response and selected files before delivery through expiring links, with options such as passcodes and revocation. An activity history and exportable case record preserve the steps taken. The product helps organize this process; it does not automatically locate or delete personal data in connected systems, and human judgment remains necessary for legal and disclosure decisions. The tool is designed for startups and growing teams that need a repeatable way to coordinate privacy work across operations, support, engineering, or legal reviewers. The available Free plan includes the core workflow, two members, one portal, and 1 GB of file storage. Paid tiers are described as planned, but paid upgrades are currently unavailable.
