CoachCut

CoachCut is a Windows application for coaches, analysts, athletes, and teams that want a faster way to review game footage. Start a project, upload video, and configure keybinds around your coaching workflow. During playback, use hotkeys to mark important moments, tag clips, adjust their length, and organize them for later review. The editing workflow supports exporting clips individually or combining them into one highlight video. Presentation mode adds drawing tools so coaches can pause footage, mark positions or movements, and explain plays and mistakes visually. Screen recording lets you capture the teaching session with the annotated clip and feedback, making it easier to share a clear lesson with players. CoachCut is designed for any sport with recorded footage, with current examples focused on hockey and football. It accepts common video formats such as MP4, AVI, and MOV. The app requires an internet connection while in use and currently runs on Windows; macOS support is planned. Its single-user license and beginner-friendly workflow make it suitable for individual coaches and analysts, while teams and clubs can request custom pricing and invoicing.
