Lytmark

Lytmark combines product updates, a public roadmap, and a suggestion box in an embeddable widget for SaaS products. Installation uses a script tag, with no package import or build step described. Once installed, a notification bell and unread badge let users open the changelog inside the product they are already using. Teams write updates in a Markdown editor, label them as new, improved, or fixed, and publish them. They can also schedule posts or set expiry dates. The public roadmap shares work by status, while the suggestion box lets users submit and upvote ideas. Analytics show who opened posts and how engagement changes over time, without requiring a separate tracking setup. Branding options include the widget’s accent color and trigger icon, with light and dark modes available. The widget can be added to websites or web apps that allow a script tag. Lytmark describes a flat pricing model without monthly active user limits. A free plan is available, while Pro starts at $19 per month and adds the paid feature set; Studio is listed at $49 per month for teams shipping across multiple products.
