Generate textured 3D models from text, images, or chat, then refine and export assets for games, printing, design, and AR.
What it does
Meshy is a browser-based 3D creation platform for turning text prompts, photos, sketches, or conversational ideas into downloadable 3D assets. A typical workflow starts with a description or reference image, then moves through concept generation, model selection, refinement, and export. Its 3D Agent can brainstorm directions, create multiple visual concepts, answer 3D questions, and convert a chosen concept into a model through chat.
The platform supports text-to-3D and image-to-3D generation, PBR texturing, remeshing, printability checks, auto-repair, auto-splitting for multi-color printing, low-poly output, auto-rigging, and character animation with motion presets. Creators can inspect geometry in a built-in viewer before downloading formats including FBX, OBJ, GLB, USDZ, STL, BLEND, and 3MF. Meshy also supports workflows involving Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Blender, Maya, and common 3D-printing slicers.
It is intended for indie game developers, 3D artists, product and concept designers, educators, and 3D-printing makers who need to explore ideas or produce usable assets without starting in traditional modeling software.
