Talents-OS

Talents-OS is a bilingual Arabic-English hiring platform for technology roles in the Middle East and North Africa. Candidates create a free profile, choose from more than 90 specializations, and complete a proof journey that can include adaptive technical tests, a practical project, an English assessment, GitHub analysis, and an AI interview. Their profile combines evidence about technical ability, code quality, communication, English readiness, and reliability into a transparent TalentOS score. Employers can search the verified talent pool by specialization, skills, country, availability, and minimum score. They can also describe a hiring need in natural language and receive ranked recommendations with explanations, identified gaps, and confidence information for each candidate. Profiles can be anonymized, and optional blind hiring hides names and photos to reduce bias during screening. Once a company finds a fit, outreach happens through an in-platform invitation, followed by interview scheduling and an automatically generated meeting link. Each candidate comes with an evidence report rather than a résumé-only summary. The platform covers software, mobile, AI and data, cybersecurity, infrastructure and DevOps, design, QA, product and management, marketing, and emerging technology, serving both tech candidates and companies hiring across MENA.
