Tiledesk

Tiledesk is an open-source, no-code platform for building AI agents across customer support, information retrieval, sales, and operational workflows. For conversational projects, teams design interactions visually, connect knowledge bases, documents, or external data, and publish the agent to channels such as websites, WhatsApp, voice, and other supported destinations. The platform can combine AI replies with live-agent participation, routing difficult or ambiguous conversations to humans with context. Tiledesk also supports automation-oriented workflows. Teams define an API endpoint, run prompt chains against posted data, invoke their own services, and return results or trigger downstream actions. Its knowledge features include multiple repositories, semantic and full-text hybrid search, retrieval fallbacks, guardrails, and sequential RAG flows. Human responses can feed a self-learning cycle, while the AI copilot can suggest replies, surface relevant articles, and summarize live conversations. The platform is suited to support teams, operations groups, retailers, and organizations building internal or customer-facing AI solutions. Integrations include OpenAI, Make, n8n, HubSpot, Customer.io, Brevo, and channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger.
