ZonePoints
zonepoints.app
ZonePoints turns heart-rate zone data from Bluetooth sensors into a single training score, with live sessions, history, goals, and streaks.
What it does
ZonePoints is a heart-rate training app that reduces session effort to one zone-weighted score. Connect a Bluetooth Low Energy monitor, start a session, and watch heart rate, current zone, points, and a color-coded chart update in real time. The five-zone model awards progressively more points as intensity rises, from recovery through VO2 Max.
A dashboard tracks the current week, daily sessions, weekly target progress, and streak history. After training, the app keeps session graphs, time spent in each zone, notes, comparisons with previous performances, and CSV export. It also supports cross-training logs for gym, running, and cycling, plus voice alerts for zone transitions when the phone stays in a pocket. Health Connect can sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Pixel, and Samsung Galaxy data, while calibration can use heart-rate reserve or maximum-heart-rate zones.
ZonePoints is designed for people who want focused cardio-load tracking without a broader fitness ecosystem. The app is free, ad-free, requires no account, and keeps data on the device. It suits runners, cyclists, gym users, and anyone training toward consistent weekly heart-rate-zone targets.
