PRBot is a Discord-based workout tracker that lets people log training without opening another app. Members send a line such as “bench 80x5” in a direct message or workout channel; the bot recognizes the exercise, records the set, carries weights into subsequent sets, and updates progress in the background. It handles strength entries as well as running and cycling, calculating pace, speed, or heart rate when those details are supplied. The social layer appears in the server: workouts become clean cards, new personal records are announced, and members can compare volume, consistency, and position on a leaderboard. Streak tracking, suggested next weights, exercise history, weekly reports, and custom challenges give a server a reason to keep logging. Duels can run between friends or between linked servers for seven or 30 days, with automatic scoring, reminders, and a final result. PRBot fits individual lifters who want lightweight logging and Discord communities that want accountability without installing a separate fitness app. It can also import sessions through Strava, including Hevy sessions. Core logging, PR detection, streaks, leaderboards, and duels are free forever; Pro adds deeper training history, recovery and load views, 1RM curves, nutrition guidance, and coaching in DMs.
