Convert SVG designs into customizable 3D models in your browser, with live previews and free exports for web, 3D printing, and images.
What it does
SVG to 3D is a browser-based converter for turning 2D SVG artwork into extruded 3D assets. Upload or drop an SVG file, or paste SVG code into the editor, then adjust thickness, depth, bevels, scale, materials, textures, colors, and lighting while viewing the result in real time. The tool supports paths, shapes, strokes, compound paths, and separate or merged geometry.
Exports include GLB and GLTF for web and interactive 3D, OBJ for general modeling workflows, STL for 3D printing, and PNG for rendered images. GLB output is optimized for web loading and can include PBR materials, textures, and lighting information. STL output is intended for slicing and fabrication, with watertight geometry, correct normals, and print-oriented mesh structure. Batch conversion is also available for multiple SVG files.
The workflow is aimed at developers, designers, UI/UX teams, creators, and makers. Use it to create dimensional logos and icons for Three.js, Babylon.js, React Three Fiber, or browser-based 3D experiences; add depth to interface mockups; or prepare decorative designs and custom parts for printing. Files up to 5 MB are supported, and the site says processing occurs locally in the browser when possible. The converter is free, requires no registration, and does not require software installation.
